Honest, helpful, knowledgeable, and most of all not pushy. I test drove 3 different vehicles after months and months or research, all of which they pulled into a warm garage for my family and myself to go through while it was snowing. Dave and Steve gave us information and let us decide at our own pace. They even made us aware of rebates and options that I didn't know existed.
